Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or an advanced player, you will be challenged as you compete in a small group with players who are similarly skilled. Each session will consist of drills designed to improve shooting, ball handling, passing, defense and footwork, as well as confidence and understanding of the game. In an effort to maintain a safe and healthy training environment, group training sessions spaces will be limited.
Players will work on footwork to develop technique and speed to able to create their own shot on the wing or post. Also players will work on strengthening their upper & lower body and core to able to withstand contact or create contact.
BODY TRANSFORMATION
Players will work on ball handling, shooting, and focus dribbling control and speed when stationary and on the move. In addition, players will develop shooting technique and structure to be able to catch and shoot, shoot on the move, off the dribble, or off a pass.
POSITION KNOWLEDGE
Players will focus on their current position or the position they desire to play: point guard, shooting guard, or post.
Our guided workouts are a great way to take quality shots and receive real-time correction and instruction. Guided shooting machine workouts consist of one-on-one instruction to include footwork, shooting off the move, balance and stance, hand position, and more.
Our solo workouts are geared towards players who want to develop confidence in shooting the basketball independently (no instruction from staff). Players lead the workout with shot selection and pace, staff are present to assist with machine operation and provide minimal instruction.
